This software is only intended for use with the models listed above.
This software is not required if you have already installed the patch on your computer. However, if you wish to install fingerprint authentication software on a new computer, you will need to install this updated version.
Depending on the version of original fingerprint access software and/or on the hardware/software environment of the computer, folders encrypted by the original fingerprint access software may not be recognized as encrypted. Files in the originally encrypted folders, however, are properly encrypted as original, and such folders will be recognized as encrypted again if you encrypt such folders after the patch software is installed.
During the installation of this file, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
